Maybe the intelligent beings on this planet will recognize fast food for the adversive and destructive product that it is, and will obstain from eating it...while the ignorant feast, fatten, and perish. Seems like Darwin's theory hard at work to me. I wouldn't have a problem with it, if it weren't for the fact that my tax dollars will be used in part to provide health care to keep the McDieters alive. I know it sounds cold, but the ignorant will always find a way to destroy themselves. McDonalds just happened to find a way to turn a profit off of them. The same can be said of many corporations in many different fields of business. Nothing new here. I guess the real problem is corporate america as a whole, and its priorities in putting profit above people. Examples, Fast food, Tobacco, Alcohol.
It is a fact that those who eat fast food to excess will
fatten and perish, that we mention it does not mean that
we hope it will come about. We are here educating people
about the inevitable while our detractors are busy trying
to maintain the satus quo and their bottom line.
How many token Ronald Mcdonald houses are there? I know that if the need were met from among the customers only
that McDonalds would eventually spend their entire budget
treating their own customers. But NOOOO they expect to
profit and let the taxpayers pick up the bill for their
collateral damage, while patting themselves on the back
for a few houses.
